Delivery – Because I Love Sending You Stuff

Good news! I offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £50—because who doesn’t love free delivery? Your order will be sent via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service, which aims (but doesn’t pinky-promise) to get your goodies to you within 2-5 working days. Perfect if you’re not in a mad rush and just fancy sitting back while your package makes its way to you.

Now, if your order is a little on the chonky side, I might need to use a different courier. Don’t worry—I’ll pick the best option to get your order to you safe and sound. Occasionally, I might switch things up to make sure your delivery is as speedy and secure as possible, but any extra costs? That’s on me.

Basically, you order, I handle the logistics, and you get to look forward to a lovely package arriving at your door. Easy!

Courier Delivery Times

Here’s how I get your RichRevived order to you:

I currently ship all orders via Royal Mail. If you place your order before 2pm GMT (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays), I’ll pack it up and send it out the very same day. More rapid than a Rapidash.

If Royal Mail takes a little longer than expected, I’ve got a couple of options for you:

1. Refuse the delivery – If it arrives too late and you no longer want it, feel free to refuse the package. Once it finds its way back to me, I’ll issue a full refund. No trouble at all.
   
   
2. Accept the delivery & claim a partial refund – If you’d still like to keep your order, I’ll refund you 50% of the postage cost. Just drop me a message via my Contact Us page, and I’ll see to it.
   

A quick note: If you’ve chosen my free delivery option, I can’t offer refunds or compensation for delays—but I promise I’m doing my best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
